Where we ship
Tread Lightly Art ships within the US and to 27 other countries.

Processing time
Orders ship within 5 to 7 business days. This applies to prints, apparel, and original paintings.

Delivery time
Delivery within the US typically takes about 5 to 7 business days after shipping. International orders typically take 10 to 14 business days. These are estimates, and carrier delays can happen.

Tracking
Every order ships with tracking, emailed to you once it leaves the studio.

Duties and taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes set by the destination country. These are the buyer's responsibility and are not collected at checkout.

Damaged parcels
If your order arrives damaged, email dillonjonah@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. You can choose a replacement or a refund. Original paintings are insured during shipping.
