About Me
I paint with the wheels of my wheelchair — not a brush.
I've drawn for most of my life. When muscular dystrophy progressed to the point where I could no longer use my hands, I had to find a new way to keep making art. I found it in motion — rolling paint-covered wheels across canvas instead of holding a brush.
Every piece here starts the same way: color, movement, and no way to fully control where it ends up. That unpredictability is the whole point.
Based in Austin, TX. My work has led to gallery invitations and live painting events — if you want to see the process yourself, I'm on Instagram and Threads as @treadlightly_art.
