These Terms of Service govern your use of the Tread Lightly Art website and any purchases made through it. By using this site, you agree to these terms.

About This Shop

Tread Lightly Art sells original paintings, prints, and apparel created by Jonah Dillon. All artwork is handmade, and original pieces are one-of-a-kind.

Orders & Payment

All prices are listed in USD. Payment is required at the time of purchase. I reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inventory issues — if this happens, you'll be notified and refunded in full.

Shipping

Orders are shipped within a reasonable timeframe after purchase. Original paintings are packaged carefully to prevent damage in transit, but I'm not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier once a package has left my hands.

Product Descriptions

I do my best to represent each piece accurately in photos and descriptions, including size, medium, and condition. Because original paintings are hand-painted, minor variations in color or texture between photos and the piece in person are normal and not considered defects.

Intellectual Property

All artwork, images, and content on this site are the original work of Jonah Dillon and are protected by copyright. Purchasing a piece of art or a print does not transfer reproduction rights — you may not reproduce, sell, or use the artwork commercially without written permission.

Commissions

Custom commission work is governed by the terms discussed and agreed upon directly with me at the time of the commission, in addition to these general terms.

Limitation of Liability

Tread Lightly Art is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this site or the purchase of any product, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
